YG Fashion Agency (“we”) runs this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• When you register for a pass, book a stand or reserve tickets: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and country.
• For stand bookings: your brand name, category and the details you share about your brand.
• When you send an enquiry: your name, contact details and message.
• When you join a waitlist or our newsletter: your email address, and your phone number if you give it.
• For security: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse.

Why we use it

To issue and check your tickets at the door, confirm stand bookings and payments, reply to your messages and keep the site safe. We only send marketing emails if you ask for them, by ticking the box or signing up for our newsletter. A waitlist sign-up gets one email when tickets open. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run the site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Gmail and Resend (email), Cloudflare (spam protection) and Clerk (staff sign-in). Some of them store data outside Rwanda. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Ticket and booking records are kept as long as we need them for the event and our accounts. Enquiries are deleted or anonymised after two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email younggenerationmodelsofficial@gmail.com and we will respond.
