Passes and tickets

Each pass or ticket has a QR code that admits one person, once per event day it is valid for. Keep it private: the first scan at the door is the one that counts. Screenshots are accepted.

Stand bookings

A stand is held for you for a limited time after you book, shown in your confirmation email. It is confirmed only once your payment has been received. If payment does not arrive before the hold ends, the stand is released to other brands.

Refunds

Refund and transfer rules can differ between events. The rules for each event are shown on its page and in your confirmation. If an event is cancelled by us, we will contact you about a refund.

Changes to events

Dates, venues and line-ups can change. We will tell you by email if something important changes for an event you are registered for.
